Grodan Improved Gro Blocks are a top-quality hydroponic growing medium made from compressed rockwool fibers. These blocks offer excellent water retention and aeration for your plants. Additionally, they are pH neutral and free of contaminants, making them suitable for use with all types of plants.

Compared to its predecessor, Grodan IMPROVED blocks feature a higher density and innovative hydrophilic technology, resulting in better water distribution and enhanced root development. The uniform distribution of water and nutrients throughout the block allows for more efficient use of the entire substrate volume, leading to full saturation with no dry spots. The optimized wool also allows for improved EC control with less water, leading to sustainable water and nutrient use. Additionally, the improved “re-wettability” of the blocks allows for easier increase of water concentration in the substrate. Overall, these enhancements make the new Grodan blocks an excellent choice for hydroponic growers looking to optimize their plants’ growth and development.
